The Greenhill Enterprise Centre (GEC) is UBTP’s early-stage incubator, and has been created to assist start-up businesses navigate their way through the challenges particular to technology-focused companies, and better equip them for survival. Micro-businesses can opt to share tenancy of an open, collaborative space while taking advantage of all the facilities available to larger enterprises.
The Global Innovation Centre (GIC) is the next step for small to medium enterprises. This building reflects the progressive nature of the tenants it houses. The dynamic lines and energising colours of the space encourage growing businesses on their technological odyssey.
