Meeting Room Booking System
Welcome to the Technology Park Meeting Room Booking System, which has been designed to allow commercial tenants of the Technology Park to independently manage bookings of the Global Innovation Centre (GIC) Boardroom and the Greenhill Enterprise Centre Meeting Room.
Whilst all bookings of the TransAct Conference Centre within the Greenhill Enterprise Centre (GEC) need to be made with Technology Park management, facility availability can be viewed through the Meeting Room Booking System.
Global Innovation Centre Boardroom
Room Specifications: Seats 12 people comfortably. The room has a telephone connection that can receive incoming calls only.

TransACT Conference Centre
Room Specifications: Seats 100-theatre style. Our naturally lit, fully equipped conference room seats 100 in theatre style and up to 60-classroom style. The facility can be configured to accommodate your needs, including newly installed double screen video conferencing. Conference fees are available upon enquiry. Greenhill Enterprise Centre Meeting Room
Room Specifications: This spacious meeting room, bathed in abundant natural light, will comfortably accommodate meetings of up to 12 people.
