Meeting Room Booking System

Welcome to the UBTP Meeting Room Booking System, which has been designed to allow commercial tenants of the UBTP to independently manage bookings of the Global Innovation Centre (GIC) Boardroom.

Whilst all bookings of the Neighbourhood Cable Conference Centre within the Greenhill Enterprise Centre (GEC) need to be made with UBTP management, facility availability can be viewed through the Meeting Room Booking System.

Global Innovation Centre Boardroom

Room Specifications: Seats 10 people comfortably. The room has a telephone connection that can receive incoming calls only.

Neighbourhood Cable Conference Centre

Room Specifications: Seats 100-theatre style. Our naturally lit, fully equipped conference room seats 100 in theatre style and up to 50-classroom style. Greenhill Enterprise Centre Meeting Room

Room Specifications: This spacious meeting room, bathed in abundant natural light, will comfortably accommodate meetings of up to 15 people.
