The Greenhill Enterprise Centre (GEC) is Technology Park's early-stage business incubator, assisting start-up technology focused businesses navigate their way through any challenges and better equip them for survival.
The GEC operates as a true incubator by supporting people transform ideas into commercial outcomes and viable businesses - within the GEC supportive environment.
The modular design of the GEC allows for flexibility and expansion. Office corridors radiate from a central space that operates as a meeting place for staff and visitors alike. Here, a large two-sided screen (iGlass is one of the Park’s tenants) animates the recreational space opposite the delightful Technology Park café.
Professional office spaces are bathed in sunlight, surrounded by the polished boards and brushed metal fittings of the community spaces. Micro-businesses can opt to share tenancy of an open, collaborative space while taking advantage of all the facilities available to larger enterprises.
