Greenhill Enterprise Centre Accommodation Units

There are three accommodation units conveniently located opposite the Greenhill Enterprise Centre. The units offer high quality, short to medium term accommodation for tenants and their associates.

The units have two bedrooms and are fully self-contained with white goods and television. Car parking is available at the front door and your personal natural bush reserve is at the back door. Inspections are welcome.

innov8 cafe is conveniently located nearby within the Greenhill Enterprise Centre, and provides quality breakfast and lunch menus.  Breakfast is served from 8.00am.

New revised rates have come into force effective from 1 July 2009 for rental of the GEC Accommodation Units.

• Commitment for the year - $1,670.00 per month
• Commitment for three months - $2,170.00 per month
• Commitment for one month - $2,550.00 per month
• Commitment for one week - $750.00 per week
• Commitment for one day - $120.00 per day
